Dr. Tirado is founder and owner of ABRI Integrated Health, a chronic disease management and consulting company dedicated to providing specialized evidence-based psychiatric, medical and behavioral treatment services to individuals, families and institutions.
Dr. Tirado is board certified in general and addiction psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and addiction medicine by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Tirado received specialty training in addiction psychiatry and research at the internationally recognized Center for Studies on Addiction at the University of Pennsylvania and has a Master’s in Public Health from the University Of Texas Houston School Of Public Health.

Dr. Tirado has over a decade of experience in clinical, administrative and academic psychiatry and medicine. Dr. Tirado has held faculty positions in the Department of Psychiatry at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Tirado has conducted clinical research and education supported by the National Institutes of Health, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Scaife Family Foundation, Betty Ford Institute and the Pew Charitable Trust. Dr. Tirado serves on the board of SIMS Foundation (, CareFlash ( and is a member of the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry.

Dr. Tirado’s academic, clinical and consulting work has focused on general adult psychiatry, medication assisted treatment of addiction, treatment of chronic pain and co-morbid addiction, phase 2 and 3 clinical trials, and implementation of evidence-based behavioral and medication programs in rehabilitation facilities and outpatient programs. Dr. Tirado is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing and has supervised clinicians ranging from physicians to licensed professional counselors. Dr. Tirado has rendered expert opinion and evaluation on cases related to addiction and co-occurring disorders in civil, criminal and professional board actions.

As Executive Director, Michael O’Mahony brings extensive knowledge of both addiction treatment and successful program management to the Cedar Creek Recovery team. Possessing a B.A in Management and Finance from Gettysburg College and a Masters Degree from New York University’s prestigious Interactive Telecommunications Program(ITP,) Michael is able to provide Cedar Creek Recovery with the proper support and guidance needed to make it a premier provider of addiction treatment. Michael also brings qualities of understanding, compassion and empathy that are integral in creating an environment of care that is conducive to working on long-term recovery.


Adrienne Stratton, Vice President of OutreachAdrienne Stratton, Vice President of Outreach
Adrienne Stratton has over 25 years experience working in the Addiction Treatment field. She has worked for several major treatment facilities across the United States, and a celebrity owned facility in the Caribbean. During her career she has assisted many treatment centers in their branding campaigns, and helped to create revenue resources where few had existed previously. “Strategic relationship development” has been one of her strengths she brings to work everyday. She believes that she has endured this long due to her high ethical code, and maintaining an outstanding reputation within the field. Adrienne stated recently,” I am very happy to be back at Solid Landings to help in any way possible”.


Laurie Stevens-Beck, Clinical Director Laurie Stevens-Beck, Clinical Director
Laurie Stevens-Beck joins the team of Cedar Creek Recovery as the Clinical Director. Laurie has worked with adults, children and adolescents as well as extensive family work in both private practice and various psychiatric and residential treatment settings. Laurie specializes in dual diagnosis/addiction treatment, with a primary focus on issues concerning women, empowering clients to find hope and healing from trauma and abuse.


Thomas Thompson, Operational DirectorThomas Thompson, Operational Director
Thomas graduated from Gannon University, majoring in Criminal Justice. After graduating, he entered into the U.S. Army, as a Ground Surveillance Systems Operator. He served 24 years in the intelligence Community, in three Combat Zones, while obtaining a Bronze Star for Heroism in Combat. Thomas then retired as an Sergeants Major. Prior to Retirement, he obtained a Graduate Degree from Thomas University, majoring in Rehabilitation Counseling. After retiring, he entered into the Rehabilitation Counseling/Case Management realm, counseling individuals in prison settings, and in residential treatment center settings. Thomas is married to his beautiful wife, Pamela Thompson for 27 Years. They have three children Shali; Thaddeous; and Tisharra and a dog (Titan). He also is a avid fisherman, and a longtime Buffalo Bills Fan.
